What Details that ODCR com gives and What is OUCMS?

On Demand Court Records (ODCR), found at www.odcr.com, is under contract with the State of Oklahoma to provide a second publicly available court docket website. The public could look for court records from ODCR on its front page.

Both websites are free to the public.

The Oklahoma Unified Case Management System (OUCMS) has been the substitution for the OSCN and ODCR since 2013. This website however only provides the authorized information from the Supreme Court.

I want my Divorce / Eviction / Small Claims / Civil Case to be sealed.

Sealing cases concering evictions, small claims, civil suits, and divorces is currently not possible for because of the recent opinion of the Oklahoma Supreme Court in Shadid v. Hammond, 2013 OK 103. You could however hire us to redact bank account and social security numbers, along with other information in the online case records and filings.

If you’re interested in getting such service, consult your legal professional today. The case of Shadid however made it easier to seal or expunge a criminal case than to seal a civil case even though it should have been the other way around. You can even opt to contact your State Legislater if you that seems wrong for you. Feel free to state your comments about it just like what we’ve done.

Do court records of ODCR & OSCN keep my personal info as well?

Indeed. Case in point is the crucial details (e.g. name, address, birthdate, social security number)

of all the accused individuals based on all felonies filed in Logan County in the year 2000. The records of individuals who were not convicted were still even kept. This info is available in the scanned documents inside the case (generally the “Criminal Felony Initial Filing” entry) or in other years, or in some other countries.

Under the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts, accessing the site to download documents with personal information is now unauthorized. This has taken effect since February 2017. If you are planning to delete your information from OSCN and DCR records, let your lawyer know about it.
